Dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9paration aux Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024 \u00e0 Paris, le MESRI et le Minist\u00e8re des sports ont lanc\u00e9 en 2019 un appel \u00e0 projets (AAP) PIA \u00ab Sport de tr\u00e8s haute performance \u00bb. Dot\u00e9 d\u2019une enveloppe de 20 millions d\u2019euros, ce dernier vise \u00e0 soutenir des projets de recherche translationnelle permettant aux \u00e9quipes de France d\u2019atteindre la plus haute performance aux Jeux et ainsi, de remplir l’objectif fix\u00e9 par le Minist\u00e8re de doubler le nombre de m\u00e9dailles. Parmi les laur\u00e9ats, TEAM-SPORTS.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Si plus d\u2019une centaine de projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s lors de la phase de manifestation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat envers l\u2019AAP en juillet dernier, seuls 28 d\u2019entre eux, r\u00e9pondant aux exigences de l’AAP, ont pu \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9s. Un long processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation, men\u00e9 par un jury international, a conduit \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection finale de 6 projets, dont le projet TEAM-SPORTS<\/strong>. Coordonn\u00e9 par UBFC via le pilotage scientifique de Micka\u00ebl CAMPO \u2013 enseignant-chercheur du laboratoire Psy-DREPI \u2013, TEAM-SPORTS est l\u2019unique laur\u00e9at de l\u2019AAP s’inscrivant au sein du d\u00e9fi N\u00b03 \u00ab\u00a0Cognition et pr\u00e9paration mentale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Le projet cherche \u00e0 investir l’optimisation de la dynamique de groupe comme facteur essentiel de la performance en sports collectifs, et ce, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019une approche pluridisciplinaire (psychologie sociale, psychophysiologie, neurosciences, apprentissage moteur et mod\u00e9lisation digitale). Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, TEAM-SPORTS vise:<\/p>\n
(1) \u00e0 caract\u00e9riser les facteurs d’influence des positionnements identitaires des joueurs de sports collectifs,<\/p>\n
(2) \u00e0 \u00e9tudier l’influence de cette dynamique sur les param\u00e8tres de la performance et,<\/p>\n
(3) \u00e0 \u00e9laborer et tester les effets de deux programmes d’intervention et de deux outils technologiques visant l’optimisation de la dynamique de groupe via la mobilisation des processus identitaires.<\/p>\n
In fine<\/em>, les r\u00e9sultats obtenus soutiendront le travail des entra\u00eeneurs des \u00e9quipes de France. Cela se traduit d\u2019une part, par l\u2019apport de nouvelles connaissances et d\u2019autre part, par le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019approches novatrices dans le champ de la pr\u00e9paration mentale et d’outils technologiques de pointe directement mobilisables par les staffs techniques. L\u2019ensemble favorisant l\u2019accroissement de la performance sportive.<\/p>\n

Par l\u2019obtention du PIA, TEAM-SPORTS b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une dotation de 1 208 564 \u20ac sur un co\u00fbt total de 3 948 572 \u20ac. Ce projet constitue le fruit de la collaboration de six laboratoires de recherche (Psy-DREPI et CAPS-INSERM [UBFC], CETAPS [Univ Rouen Normandie], Psychological & Brain Sciences [Univ. Santa Barbara, US], Institut Image [ENSAM], et institut LIST [CEA])<\/span> ainsi que des principales f\u00e9d\u00e9rations olympiques en sports collectifs que sont les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations Fran\u00e7aises de Rugby (FFR)<\/span>, Handball (FFHB)<\/span>, Basket-ball (FFBB)<\/span>, Volleyball (FFVolley)<\/span> et probablement de Football (FFF)<\/span>.<\/p>\n
