It meets every six weeks on average. It is structured in commissions and sessions restricted to lecturers-researchers to address questions in line with UBFC competences (HDR, PhDs, Master\u2019s degrees, regular research funds, thematic poles, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #32acc4;\">The Members Council<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is a special feature of COMUEs.
