On November 24th, the President of the Republic announced the progressive stages of the relaxation of the lockdown:
November 28th: softened lockdown
- Derogatory attestation for imperative travel and home-office (when possible) are still mandatory
- Physical activities and walks are allowed, within a radius of 20 kilometers and for a maximum of 3 hours;
- Extra-curricular outdoor activities are allowed;
- Shops and home services until 9:00 p.m. are opened, within the framework of a strict health protocol, including bookstores, record stores and libraries.
December 15th: end of lockdown if the sanitary conditions allow it (less than 5000 contaminations per day).
- End of certificates and movement between authorized regions ;
- A curfew from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am is established, except on December 24th, and New Year’s Eve.
- Cinemas, theaters and museums are reopened;
- Indoor extra-curricular activities are allowed ;
- Gatherings on public places are prohibited
January 20th: re-openings the sanitary conditions permit it .
- Opening of sports halls and restaurants ;
- Resumption of face-to-face classes in high schools and if the sanitary conditions are maintained, resumption of face-to-face classes in universities 15 days later;
- Possible reopening of ski resorts during January.
Travel is therefore strongly restricted until December 15th and a certificate is mandatory for all outings from home.
A fixed fine of 135€ will be applied in case of non-compliance with the lockdown.
